High quality, beautiful design, the charms are so pretty, bracelets magnets connect perfectly. Customer service is awesome, they contacted me to inform about some changes, and the package came pretty quickly. The packaging was nice, there were many photocards and a jewelry cleaning cloth, and I'm very thankful for that. Love these earrings, definitely my new favourite pair. Quality is very good, they feel very sturdy without being too heavy. Very comfortable to wear, and love that you can wear them multiple ways and even as 4 separate earrings if you'd like. Love finding Ateez items that are a bit more subtle.
