When you place a preorder with NIKANEKO, you are reserving an item that is not ready to ship immediately. Preorder items need extra time for production, preparation, quality checking, and packing before dispatch.

Preorder items usually take around 3 weeks to prepare before dispatch, but the exact timeline may vary depending on the design, production schedule, material availability, or unexpected delays.

Please always check the product page for the estimated dispatch time, as some preorder items may be ready sooner or may need a little more time.

Preorder dispatch times are estimates and may occasionally change due to production delays, material availability, customs, shipping delays from suppliers, or other unexpected circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to update you by email.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Preorder items follow the same return and refund rules as regular items, unless the item is clearly personalised, customised, or made to your individual specifications. The 14-day return period starts from the day the item is delivered to you.

If you need to change or cancel a preorder before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try our best to help.
