Nikaneko.com Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns: We accept returns of items within 14 days of delivery. The buyer must contact us via email at info@nikaneko.com and ship the item back within this timeframe.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges of items within 14 days of delivery. The buyer must contact us via email at info@nikaneko.com and ship the item back within this timeframe.

Conditions of Return:

1. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. If the returned item isn't in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, as agreed upon with us.

Cancellations: We accept order cancellations before the item has shipped. The buyer is responsible for making cancellation requests within this timeframe.

EU Right of Withdrawal: Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery, unless we inform them of a valid exception. Please refer to the withdrawal form for additional details and any related terms and conditions.

Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, custom made items, gift cards, used gift wrap.

Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the buyer that we have received the returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
